Argos Graduate Recruitment

Click here for the main Argos recruitment website which links to full details of the Argos Graduate Leadership Programme.

With annual sales of over £4.1 billion Argos are one of the UK's largest non-food retail chains with an increasing presence in the Republic of Ireland.

This programme is designed specifically to develop our business leaders of the future.

This is no average Graduate Programme. But, then, you're not the average graduate.

Nor is it aimed at retail management careers. Your destiny lies not in managing retail outlets but in leading
an entire retail organisation.

For the people we pick, this will be a fast-track 24-month programme.

You'll be exposed to every facet of our business and prepare for your future career. Learning by doing a real job, you'll be gaining experience in the key disciplines of commercial trading, supply and marketing - as well as spending time in retail to get to grips with that
all-important moment when the business meets the customer.

And because we're only choosing six graduates to join us at our Head Office in Milton Keynes, you can be sure that you will be one of a very select few - getting noticed and receiving the best training and mentoring in return for contributing your energy, ambition and ideas at the most senior levels.

The head office is Aveburyt, in Milton Keynes it's the nerve centre for all of Argos's activities. There's a job to suit everyone and don't assume you have to live in Milton Keynes to apply, many of our people commute from Bedford, Hemel Hempstead and Northampton.

Argos Graduate Leadership Programme

  • group commercial,
