The main rush for Christmas employment 2012 may seem a long way off but Christmas recruitment begins at the end of summer. The big employers start recruiting in September and many of the plum Christmas jobs will be filled during October 2012.

If you're looking for a permanent job starting at Christmas you might consider taking a temporary job to get your feet under the table.
