Eurostar's main business areas include:

  • Corporate and Legal Services - Responsible for security in the UK, corporate services and legal advice.
  • Finance - Controls costs, bills, revenue and provides accurate information to help run the business.
  • Strategic Projects - Responsible for the development of new UK rail-related projects.
  • Safety Assurance - Development and maintenance of railway safety, ensuring safety standards are maintained.
  • International Operations - Ensures the safe and punctual delivery of the train service.

  • Rolling Stock - Ensures the trains are safe, reliable and clean in order to meet our travellers� needs.

  • Information Systems - Responsible for all information systems within Eurostar.

How will you be assessed?

Initial selection is via an online application form. On the basis of your application, you may be invited to attend a series of interviews and/or assessment centres. These will be conducted by a mixture of recruitment specialists and training managers from the area of the business to which you are applying. Appropriate selection methods are used according to the skills and knowledge required for each role.

Assessment may comprise of a series of interviews or might involve an assessment centre. Assessment centres may take place over a few hours or a few days depending on the requirements for the role. Typically assessment centres will involve:

  • Interviews
  • Psychometric assessment
  • Group exercise
  • Presentation
  • French-language assessment
  • Role play
