On their structured programme, you'll experience up to three job roles within your chosen specialist area, getting to know our brands, strategy, and processes inside out. Apprenticeship Scheme will give you the opportunity to: Successfully obtain a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 2 in Mail Services The Apprenticeship Scheme lasts for 18 months - during this time you should complete your NVQ. Once the NVQ has been successfully signed off by the awarding body and the 18 month Scheme completed, the following 6 months will allow training opportunities for individuals wishing to progress into management. |
