We have grouped a range of different employers together that can be subdivided into three parts health, community and charities. Employers published below may fit any one, two or even all three of these headings.

Health jobs in all parts of the UK are dominated by the NHS, it's the fifth biggest employer in the world and in the normal course of their activities they publish up to 8,000 NHS vacancies at any one time. In Kent there are a number of different trusts that deliver National Health Services.

We define community employers as those organisations who's aim is to benefit the wider community. This may be in the form of; local authority services, private providers, environmental groups or other community based projects.

The third group of potential employers are all those organisations working in the caring sector not included above including registered charities working for good causes, including the care of people young and old, reducing suffering for people and animals and helping to create a positive environment for us all.
