- Crew Member:
- The Role - A Crew Member has three main responsibilities: Customer Service, Food Preparation, Cleanliness and Hygiene.
Good customer service skills are a essential in all roles, food preparation requires the use of a range of cooking equipment and utensils as does cleanliness and hygiene work. Full training provided.

- Apprentice:
