Berck-sur-Mer

Berck boasts one of the most beautiful beaches in northern France and wonderfully bracing sea air. Twinned with Hythe in Kent, Berck is in fact two different towns. Berck old town is a traditional fishing community and west Berck or Berck sur Mer as it is known, primarily a modern tourist resort. The beaches are brilliant, long expenses of sand, backed by grassy dunes and generally not too crowded.

Berck-Sur-Mer is known as a ‘KID’ resort. 'KID' indicates a family friendly resort with great seaside conditions for children, as you'd expect it enjoys EU blue flag status indicative of a clean beach and seaside.
