Le Touquet Restaurants - Recommendations

Le Touquet has a large number of restaurants and brasseries; reflecting the town's status as one of the leading tourist destinations on the Opal Coast. In general Le Touquet is overpriced its restaurants are no exception. However if you're staying somewhere central it's well worth eating locally. There's a lot of choice including a number of really good 'Gastronomic' restaurants. Brasseries in the town provide a cheaper alternatives and although their quality varies you will get some interesting eating experiences if you look around.

Remember as Le Touquet is essentially a seaside resort many facilities are seasonal. Most restaurants are shut at least one day a week.

Les Cimaises 03.21.06.74.95	Based in the Hotel Westminster, Les Cimaises is one of the most attractive restaurants in town, with food to match. Highlights include: Crab Spaghetti Sole Meuniere

Le Caf� des Arts 03.21. 05.21.55	Popular good quality restaurant with set menus starting at about �20. Great local cheese board. Highlights include: Skate Terrine Roast lamb Shellfish
Opera-Bulles.com 03.21.05.71.82	Popular restaurant in the Rue de Paris. Traditional French cuisine, main courses from �12 to �18. Great place for Oysters and Champagne. Also consider: Beef Fillet In Port Couscous Royal
Perard 03.21.05.13.33	Reputedly the 'home' of fish soup. About 80 covers a great deal of character. Set menu from �22. If you want to eat on the terrace you may need to book in advance. Highlights from the al la carte menu include: Fish Soup Crab Soup Boullabaisse Couscous with fish
Ricochet 03.21.06.41.36	Modern European cuisine, in a stylish setting, set menu from about �15. Highlights: Ossobucco with Orange Confit Lamb Tagine Roast Duck
Jeans Cafe 03.21.05.04.05	Popular bar brasserie in the town centre, open till late for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The mussels are good, worth trying the snails as well.
Le Matisse 03.21.05.94.81	Bar, brasserie on the rue de Metz. Give the Cassolette de la mer a try. Those with a sweet tooth may enjoy Fondue de chocolat et ses fruits frais.
Place de l'Hermitage 03.21.05.01.05	The restaurant offers traditional French dishes like: salad nicoise, fresh oysters and seafood, tournedos of beef a la bordelaise. Three courses menu started from �25 per person.
