The property to be insured:

• Is your main residence and not let or occupied by paying guests
• Is not a listed building
• Has no more than five bedrooms.
• Is in a good state of repair with no past subsidence or underpinning and is of standard construction
• Is not in an area that has been flooded in the past.
• Is not used for business purposes
• Is not unoccupied for more than 40 consecutive days per year.
• For contents cover only, that you do not have more than £50,000 of contents or £10,000 of valuables.
