Buildings Insurance:

• Automatically provides buildings cover up to £1,000,000 for the cost of rebuilding your home and any outbuildings
  
• We don't just cover things like walls, roofs, patios and driveways, we also cover permanent fixtures like kitchen units, bathroom fittings, and fitted wardrobes.
  
• We even include outbuildings like garages and sheds.
  
• Your cover also includes frozen or burst pipes.
  
• If you have a household emergency like an overflowing manhole cover or storm damage, call our free Home Emergency Service to get it repaired as soon as possible.
  
• If your home is uninhabitable because of something like broken windows or drainage problems, we'll pay for you to stay somewhere else.
  

Contents Insurance:

• We don't just cover the possessions in your home, we cover belongings in garages and sheds, as well as up to £500 cover for contents in your garden.
  
• If you move somewhere else for a while, like to university accommodation, we’ll cover the belongings you take with you, up to £5000.
  
• Your cover includes the contents of your freezer, up to £250.
  
• If your keys are stolen, we'll provide you with replacement locks and keys, up to £250.
  
• We automatically increase cover by 10% at Christmas time and around the time of a family wedding.
  
• If you make a claim we'll replace your old items with new ones.
  

Cover away from the home:

• If you take out Personal Possessions cover, your belongings are covered outside the home, such as when you’re shopping, visiting friends or on holiday.
  
• Our Personal Possessions cover also includes £500 cover for financial losses if your credit cards are used without your permission.

Home Emergency:

Add Home Emergency and if there is an emergency in your home, Privilege will:

• tell you how to protect yourself and the home immediately when you call us.
  
• send an authorised repairer to your home or arrange an appointment for an authorised repairer to visit your home at an agreed time;
  
• organise and pay the cost of providing emergency assistance, including call-out, labour at the home and parts up to a total of £500.
