Review update:- We hope to return to the Dolphin soon to update our review, reports are it's still very lively at weekends, open untill late, DJs three times a week.

A historic pub with character, has been renovated to retain much of the original character and incorporate many modern features. The pub is at the centre of Broadstairs and has a lively vibrant trade, particularly at weekends with frequent live music. The pub is about 400 years old yet the pool tables, games machines and wall mounted TVs don't look out of place. A large car park is situated a stone's throw from the pub.

The Dolphin has two bars and enough room to accommodate a large number of customer when busy (Friday and Saturday evenings are particularly lively). Popular during lunchtimes in the summer but you will generally get quick and friendly service most lunchtimes and weekday evenings. Frequented by a lively, vibrant, youngish crowd in the evenings, so don't go there expecting a quiet drink.The pub runs a wide range of offers and promotions. So be sure to have a look before you order. Amongst the usual array of spirits and alco pops you'll find Guinness Extra Cold, Strongbow, Fosters, John Smith, Courage Best, Holstein and Carlsberg.Pub grub is available; for example soup with French Bread, Burger and Fries and Chicken Curry.
