It's a good pub with a brasserie with a number of en-suite bedrooms. The building is of a traditional design inside and out with award winning gardens and a thatched roof. As a Shepherd Neame house there's always a good range of quality ales, and during past summers, afternoon teas have been served in the garden. Wye is in a beautiful location at the foot of the North Downs under the 'Crown' a cutting in the chalk hill undertaken at the time of the coronation of King Edward VII.
