The Rose Inn - Pubs In Rainham - Country Pubs In Kent

A Shepherd Neame pub on the High Street at the eastern end of Rainham. The usual range of Sheps draught and bottled beers (Masterbrew, Spitfire, Masterbrew Smooth).

A solid pub grub menu with at least half a dozen specials every day. When we visited; Lamb Chops, Roast Beef, Pork and Fish Pie were all on the menu together with a selection of home made puddings, plus a varied bar menu. We didn't have time to try the food but almost everyone else in the pub was eating something (always a good sign), the Rose also does a roast on Sunday's.

A local's pub with some passing trade, friendly bar staff, juke box, slot machines but no TV, occasional Euchre, Cribbage and Shove Ha'penny. The Rose runs a football and darts teams.
