The Summoner - Pubs In Sittingbourne - Country Pubs In Kent

The Pub is part of the J D Wetherspoons chain and is a town centre pub, located in the High Street. In common with other Wetherspoons pubs the Summoner is modern and spacious and follows the Wetherspoons policy of offering value for money, with pints of bitter from 99p. This is not a games pub and there is no pool table or dart board and no juke box, TV or live music.

There is a good menu with a mixture of snacks and main meals with prices from under £4, there is also a range of specials and the menu offers a wide vegetarian selection. There is a curry club on Thursday nights.

A wide selection of beer is offered, including, Theakeston's Best, Shepherd Neame-Spitfire, Courage Directors and pints from the Oakham, Bateman and Stockports breweries.

The pub has a number of promotions in operation including the "Monday Club" where a number of beers and spirits are on sale for under £1.50The pub is located in the High Street at Sittingbourne, opposite St Michael’s Church and is open from 11am to 11pm Monday to Saturday and 12 to 10.30pm on Sunday. There is limited parking in the high street but there are public car parks nearby. I understand that the pub has been flooded twice so if the weather has been particularly inclement you might want to check before you make a trip out of your way.
