Apeksha - Restaurants In Canterbury - The Kent Guide To Eating Out

Contemporary Indian restaurant providing something stylish in both ambience and menu. This is one of the better Indian restaurants in the area providing a good dining experience. All the traditional favorites are there but at Apeksha you can also expect to find gems like: Baigan Nariyal (Roasted Aubergine mash laced with coconut), Bhuni Chital Kofta (Delicately flaked Bangledeshi Chital fish mildly spiced and shaped into balls then shallow fried - simmered in a specially prepared fish sauce) and Kakeeda Malaba (Succulent crab meat cooked with crushed carom seeds and served with a puri).

Expect to be about £14 for two courses (not including drinks), you will need to book at weekends but you'll get a table most weekday lunchtimes without problems. If you live locally check out the take-away deals.
