Starters

• Winter Vegetable Soup (Chefs Choice)
• Salmon Rillette served with lime and cucumber relish
• Steamed Mussels marinated with Garlic and white wine
• 4 Carlingford Rock Oysters served naturally on ice or grilled with chorizo
• (V) Goat’s Cheese over beetroot with lavoche

Main Courses

• Steak & Kidney Pudding cooked traditionally in cloth
• Lancashire Hot Pot slow cooked Kentish Lamb with caramelized roots
• Deal Herrings Grilled Whole on braised cabbage and leeks with mustard velouté
• Deep-fried Local Cod coated in beer batter, served with handcut chips, mushy peas and tartar sauce
• Fillet of Plaice poached in white bordeaux with tomato concasse and, turned roots
• (V) Pea Shoot & Pesto Linguini with shaved parmesan

Desserts

• Tiered Chocolate with a basket of clotted cream
• Traditional Blackberry & Bramley Apple Pie with Créme Anglaise
