An attractive a la carte menu offering mouth watering cuisine to suit all tastes.

Head Chef Nigel Stringer's approach to fine food is to use only the best quality fresh seasonal ingredients to offer you a wide variety of carefully prepared dishes, wherever possible trying to use locally grown British produce, with fish from Hythe, Kent providing many popular dishes. There is a good wine list and a Carvery on Sundays. The restaurant is a no smoking area (smoking is permitted in the bar areas). Children under 12 can dine from the main at half price or select from the childrens menu. At the time of writing Starters from £5, Mains from £12.50   

Starters include:

• Soup of the day
• Rillette of pork, pancetta crisps
• Mussels with a garlic & herb cream, basil bruschetta
• Lobster & vanilla tortellini, shellfish cappuccino

Mains include:

• Pot roast chicken supreme, fricasée of pearl barley, broad beans and morels
• Fillets of John Dory, basil scented noodles, oyster mushroom and lobster jus
• Crown of pigeon, braised red cabbage, Salamis jus
• Tagliatelle of spinach, fricasée of oyster mushrooms
• Confit belly of Pork, Apple & Sage Jus, Fondant potato

Side Dishes include:

• Fine Beans - Chunky Chips - Spinach - Mixed Salad Carrot and Swede mash Mash Potato

Desserts Include:

• Lime and lavender parfait with balsamic berries
• Chocolate horns with berry compote
• Rhubarb trifle with toasted almonds
