People are being encouraged to vote for Medway's stunning and award-winning parks in a national contest to find the best in the country.
Shortly after more of Medway Council's parks picked up national awards, the hunt is on to find Britain's best.
Keep Britain Tidy is looking for the UK's top spot in its People's Choice Award and you can vote for any one of Medway's seven Green Flag award-winning parks to rank them the best.
They are Great Lines Heritage Park, Gillingham Park, Broomhill Park, Capstone Farm Country Park, Hillyfields Community Park, Riverside Country Park and The Vines.
Medway's parks each offer a different experience, from lakes, orchards, military history and woodlands to views of the River Medway, as well as play areas and opportunities for recreation.
A green flag flying overhead is a sign to the public that the space boasts the highest possible standards, is beautifully maintained and has excellent facilities.
All you have to do to vote is go to www.greenflagaward.org, select your favourite park and click on 'vote for this site'.
Medway Council's Portfolio Holder for Community Services, Cllr Howard Doe, said: "We are really proud of our parks and playgrounds in Medway as they offer something for everyone in some stunning locations.
"With further national recognition of our parks again this year, I think the many thousands of people who enjoy them each day will be eager to vote."
