Minutes Use as a main course for a
vegetarian meal or as a side dish to roast chicken or fish. Use 1 bulb per
person as a main course half as a side dish. Cooking Instructions: 1. Trim the fennel and cut into quarters. 2. Heat the butter in a large heavy based pan, introduce the fennel quarters and and ensure they are all buttery. 3. Add the stock, bring to the boil, then lower to a simmer, add salt and pepper, cover for thirty minutes.
