"I've tried several of the Yourcounty recipes with mixed success but wanted to mention that the Christmas Red Cabbage was great both on Christmas day and beyond. Can I recommend Thane Chicken to you? We call it Creamy Chicken but in keeping with your Kentish Theme I've given it a 'proper' name which reflects where this dish originates."
