3. The best price isn't always the cheapest. When comparing deals online remember to take into account; delivery costs, insurance, guarantees and any other factors that may impact on your bottom line.
4. Delivery is key to successful online shopping but some retailers have a slightly cavalier attitude to it. Make sure you are clear about a delivery date at the time you place the order and what the delivery cost (if any) there might be. If you have any doubts contact the retailers customer services or sales team to get them to confirm before you place your order.
5. The internet has spawned hundreds of new etailers and thousands of shopping websites. We prefer to shop at those websites that are backed by well known retail organisations or that have been recommended to us. We suggest you don't give your credit card details or personal information to any online retailer you don't feel confident about using
