I don't see a lot of value in the current odds being offered if you look at previous world cup winners/finalists. England have the resources to win it but they are so badly out of form that it's hard to see them making an impact in the latter stages of the tournament. But 16/1 gives some good each way flexibility to a teamm that has made the final three times.
