St. Mary's, the thirteenth century church at the centre of the village together with the more modern village hall have been playing host to the Rolvenden Farmers' Market for 12 years. In common with many other village markets in Kent it is organised and run by volunteers on a not for profit basis. The Hall is an excellent indoor venue able to provide a great shopping opportunity event when wet and cold outside.
The Church of St Mary's The Virgin is worth a visit in its own right, Rolvenden is situated in the south-west of the county, some 4 miles south of Tenterden on the A28.
The Farmers' Market takes place every Thursday morning from 10am to 12 noon, there are up to 20 stalls with a selection of produce.
