St. Augustine's Fish Supplies sell a wide range of fresh fish and shellfish direct to the public, local hotels and restaurants. They also produce a wide range of smoked meats and fish. Both the quality and quantity of seafood sold has grown in recent years but it's still possible to get exquisite locally caught fish at competitive prices.

As well as locally caught fish and shellfish St Augustine's also stock imported and farmed produce: When in season and available you can expect to find fresh; Bass (farmed or wild), Bream, Brill, Clams, Cockles, Cod, Crab, Dover Sole, Eels, Gurnard, Haddock, Langoustines, Lemon Sole, Lobster, Mackerel, Monk Fish (tails and fillets), Mullet, Mussels, Oysters, Plaice, Salmon, Sardines, Scallops, Scampi, Skate Wings, Squid, Turbot, Whelks, Whitebait, Winkles.

Smoked produce includes: Kipper, Mackerel (peppered or plain), Smoked Cod Roe, Smoked Haddock Fillet, Smoked Salmon, Smoked Trout.

If you haven't been to Whitstable harbour it's a worth a visit in its own right. St Augustine's have a large retail operation right on the wharf. You will find plenty of fresh local fish and shellfish, usually at very competitive prices in the large retail premises. If you have something particular in mind it's worth going early, particularly at the weekend as the best fish get snapped up early.

The shop is open seven days a week but St Augustine's also run a delivery service.
