Sausages - Gluten Free Sausages
Villagers Fine Sausages shop
has been open for six and a half years. The proprietor Ron Etheridge has a
long background in meat and high quality sausages. His bangers enjoy an
excellent reputation and have featured on TV and in the press.
Villagers website proudly
boasts that their sausages have no additives, no preservatives and many
varieties are Gluten free. Over 60 flavours are advertised on the website,
the range includes traditional favorites like Lincolnshire and Cumberland
through to the more exotic Chinese Duck or Crocodile. Prices start at
about £6.00 and there are vegetarian options. The shop is open Monday to
Saturday but your can buy the produce through mail order with next day
delivery.

very traditional sausage made with a mild seasoning, free range eggs
and no herbs.

Traditionally cut from a coil but we link them to make it easier.

Another traditional favourite combining prime pork, fresh red apples,

and sage.

MARDI GRAS - Celebrate
with this mild sausage made with lots of fresh coriander.

CARIBARBADOS - This is our
hottest sausage made with lots of red chillies soaked in brandy, fresh
onions, parsley, garlic and seasoning. Not for the faint hearted.

CREOLE JAZZ - A Creole
blend of herbs, spices, onions and peppers.

SHEFTALIA - A traditional
sausage from Cyprus, made with lots of fresh onions and peppers.

THAI PORK - Made the same
way as our very popular Thai chicken sausage but with pork.

SALSA SAUSAGE - Based on
the dip this sausage is great on the barbeque. Made with garlic,
onions, oregano, chilli powder and fresh coriander.

CHICKEN AND LEEK - Prime
fresh chicken thigh, fresh leeks, sea salt, pepper and thyme.

LEMON CHICKEN - Fresh
chicken, fresh coriander, mint and a taste of lemon zest and juice.
